Hi everyone I'm having a major problem. See I am trying to install Lightroom on my Mac, but end up getting errors every time. So I did what everybody told me to do and installed the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, when I launched it I saw a couple of things I could easily get rid of. I have been trying to clean up my system using 'Creative cloud cleaner tool'. Even after several attempts, I am unable to clean one file related to the illustrator. The moment i select the file and click on Clean all or cleanup selected, the dailogue box closes without taking any action. I cant locate any file related to illustrator on my system.

(Optional) If you're unable to connect to Adobe's servers, repeat these steps to fix your host files. After accepting the End-User License Agreement, type 12 to select the host files option.

The Cleaner Tool creates a backup of the hosts files (named hostsbkup) in the same directory, which you can revert to if a problem occurs. Type AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe ‐‐removeAll= CREATIVECLOUDCS6PRODUCTS.
To remove Flash Player, type AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe -removeAll= CREATIVECLOUDCS6PRODUCTS -removeFP=1.
